About GENIUS Advanced Technologies
One partner for infrastructure, security and the systems that run on them.
Who we are
One connected practice, not three vendors
GENIUS Advanced Technologies is an integrated IT infrastructure, security, cloud and digital solutions company based in Rwanda. We work across thirteen connected service areas — network infrastructure, cybersecurity, CCTV and access control, Microsoft and cloud services, servers and systems, IT support, biometric workforce systems, web and digital, equipment supply, consultancy, custom software, ERP and search engine optimisation (SEO) — on the position that these shouldn't be bought as disconnected pieces from different vendors.
Why one partner for infrastructure, security and software
A firewall configured without reference to the network it protects, or software deployed onto infrastructure nobody assessed first, both create gaps that are hard to see until something fails. Treating infrastructure, security, and the systems that run on top of it as one connected practice — rather than three separate vendor relationships — is the premise the company is built around.
A note on this page
This site is in active build. Specific details about our history, leadership, and certifications will appear here once confirmed — we don't publish invented years-in-business, staff counts, or client names, so some of this page will read as straightforward until that information is supplied and verified.
Why GENIUS
Six reasons to work with us
-
One partner, start to finish
Network, security, cloud, software and support from one team, so nothing falls between suppliers.
-
Engineers in Kigali
On-site work is handled by our own engineers locally, not routed through a remote call centre.
-
Vendor-independent advice
Equipment is recommended on fit, lifetime cost and local support, not on which brand we carry.
-
Plain-language explanations
You’ll understand what we’re proposing and why before you approve a single item.
-
Security built in
Access control, patching and monitoring are part of every deployment, not an optional extra.
-
Documented handover
Every project ends with drawings, configurations and credentials in your hands, not ours.
How it works
From first call to ongoing support
Every engagement follows the same sequence, regardless of which service or combination of services is involved.
- 01
Assess
We map what you have — network, security posture, systems — before recommending anything.
- 02
Design
A plan sized to your sites, staff and budget, not a generic package.
- 03
Deploy
Installation and configuration scheduled around your working hours.
- 04
Secure
Access control, monitoring and patching set up from day one.
- 05
Support
Maintenance and a helpdesk that already knows your setup.
