Hospitality Technology
Guest Wi-Fi, PMS-ready networking, CCTV and access control sized for hotels and guesthouses.
What it combines
Services in this solution
3 service categories, scoped and delivered as one engagement.
-
IT Infrastructure & Networking
Cabling, Wi-Fi, routing and network design that carries every other system on this list.
-
CCTV & Surveillance Security
Camera installation, monitoring and access control for sites that need eyes on every entrance.
-
Web, Hosting & Digital
Websites, hosting, email and domains built and kept running, not just launched and left.
A hotel’s technology needs split cleanly into two: what guests experience directly (Wi-Fi, in some cases in-room technology) and what runs the business behind it (reservations, payment processing, security). This solution addresses both together, with guest and back-office systems properly separated.
What this solution combines
Draws on IT infrastructure and networking for segmented guest and back-office network design, CCTV and surveillance security for guest-area and back-of-house coverage, and web, hosting and digital for the hotel’s booking-facing website.
What it typically looks like
Network design that segments guest Wi-Fi from back-office and payment systems, camera coverage planned around guest areas and restricted zones separately, and a booking-ready website with reliable hosting.
Guest experience and coverage planning
Guest Wi-Fi coverage needs a proper site survey the same way any Wi-Fi design does — rooms with thick concrete walls or metal fixtures behave differently to open lobby areas, and a design that only accounts for the lobby leaves upper-floor rooms with a weak signal. Camera coverage follows the same logic in reverse: guest areas need visible, reassuring coverage at entrances and public spaces, while guest room corridors and back-of-house areas (kitchens, laundry, staff areas) have different privacy and access requirements entirely.
Why network segmentation specifically matters here
A guest device on hotel Wi-Fi has no legitimate reason to reach the property management system, the payment terminal, or a staff laptop — but on a flat, unsegmented network, it often technically can. Segmenting guest and back-office traffic onto separate network paths closes that gap by design, rather than relying on guests behaving well or not knowing how to look.
Booking-facing website alongside the network work
Most of this solution is physical infrastructure, but a hotel’s website is often the first thing a prospective guest actually interacts with, and a slow or unreliable one costs bookings directly. Where a rebuild or refresh is also needed, it’s scoped alongside the network work rather than as an unrelated project, so hosting reliability gets the same attention as guest Wi-Fi reliability.
Who this fits
Hotels and guesthouses needing guest Wi-Fi that doesn’t compromise back-office security, and any hospitality business whose current network wasn’t designed with guest and staff traffic properly separated.

Documented infrastructure with a clear handover, so accountability doesn’t leave with a supplier.
Frequently asked questions
Why does guest Wi-Fi need separate network design from back-office systems?
Guest traffic and internal systems (reservations, payment processing, staff devices) need to be segmented so guest network activity can't reach sensitive back-office systems — this is a network design decision, not just a Wi-Fi password.
Can this integrate with our existing property management system?
Where your PMS supports integration, network and, where relevant, software connections can be built around it — this is scoped specifically against your PMS's capabilities.
