Business Web Presence
A website, hosting and business email that actually gets maintained after launch day.
What it combines
Services in this solution
2 service categories, scoped and delivered as one engagement.
A website is only a business asset if someone can still update it, and the domain is registered somewhere you control. This solution covers the build and the ongoing infrastructure — hosting, email, domain — that keeps a web presence usable long after launch day.
What this solution combines
Built on web, hosting and digital services — website development, hosting, domain registration, business email and ongoing maintenance — with Microsoft and cloud as an alternative for organisations wanting Microsoft 365 email and collaboration alongside the website.
What it typically looks like
A website built to your requirements, hosting and domain registered under your own accounts, business email configured on your domain, SSL and security hardening applied as standard, and an ongoing maintenance plan so updates and security patches don’t lapse after launch.
The ownership problem this solves
The single most common issue we’re asked to fix on an existing business website isn’t the design — it’s that nobody currently on staff can log into the domain registrar, the hosting account, or the CMS. That happens when a site was built by a freelancer or agency that registered everything under their own accounts and is no longer reachable. Fixing it sometimes means a full rebuild, and sometimes just means recovering access and re-pointing accounts to the business — we assess which applies before recommending either.
What to expect in the first month
An initial assessment of any existing site, domain and hosting (or a scoping conversation if starting fresh); a sitemap and, for anything beyond a handful of pages, wireframes agreed before development starts; then build, content population and testing across common devices and browsers before launch. Domain and hosting are registered under your organisation’s own accounts from day one, with credentials handed to a named person on your team — not held by us or by a developer’s personal login.
Who this fits
SMEs establishing a credible web presence for the first time, organisations whose current site or domain access has become inaccessible because the original developer is no longer reachable, and any business whose existing site was never set up for anyone internal to update — meaning every small text change currently requires an external call.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need Microsoft 365 as well as a website, or are these separate?
They're separate but often paired — a website establishes public presence, while Microsoft 365 covers internal email and collaboration. Business email can also run through your hosting provider instead, depending on your needs.
What if our current website was built by someone we can no longer reach?
This is a common starting point — we can assess the current site and, where domain or hosting access is unrecoverable, plan a rebuild with everything registered under accounts you control this time.
