Cloud and Modern Workplace
Move email, files and collaboration onto Microsoft 365 without losing control of who can access what.
What it combines
Services in this solution
3 service categories, scoped and delivered as one engagement.
-
Cybersecurity
Assessments, firewalls, endpoint protection and monitoring that keep intrusions out and data in.
-
Microsoft & Cloud
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and cloud migration for a workforce that isn’t tied to one office.
-
IT Support & Managed Services
Helpdesk, repairs and ongoing managed support so problems get fixed before they cost you a day.
A modern workplace isn’t about location — it’s about staff being able to reach their email, files and collaboration tools securely regardless of device or where they’re sitting, without IT losing visibility over who can access what.
What this solution combines
Built on Microsoft and cloud services — Microsoft 365 deployment, Entra ID identity management, Intune device management and email/collaboration setup — paired with cybersecurity controls (multi-factor authentication, conditional access) and, where needed, ongoing IT support for day-to-day issues.
What it typically looks like
Migration of email and files to Microsoft 365, identity and access policies configured to control who can reach what and from where, device management enrolling both company and personal devices under appropriate policy, and baseline security settings (MFA, conditional access) applied as standard rather than optional extras.
Why the pieces need to be configured together
Microsoft 365 ships with strong capability across every one of these areas, but each is a separate set of settings — email migration, identity policy, device enrolment, security baseline — and they need to agree with each other to actually work as intended. Conditional access rules that don’t account for how Intune-enrolled devices authenticate, for instance, tend to either lock out legitimate staff or fail to block anything at all. We configure these as one connected setup rather than four separate checklist items ticked off independently.
What to expect during migration
A current-state review of your existing email system and device fleet; a test migration for a small group before the full cutover; the cutover itself scheduled outside business hours where possible; and a settling-in period where we’re available for the inevitable small issues — a shared calendar that didn’t migrate cleanly, a device that needs re-enrolling — that follow any migration of this kind.
Who this fits
NGOs and international organisations with staff working across multiple countries, organisations moving off an ageing on-premises mail server, and any team that needs secure access to files and email without every device being physically managed on-site.

Frequently asked questions
Is this only for organisations with staff working remotely?
No — it applies equally to office-based teams. The benefit is centralised, secure access to email and files from any device, which matters even for staff who mostly work from one location but occasionally travel or work from home.
Does moving to the cloud mean giving up control of our data?
No — identity and access management stays under your control through Entra ID and conditional access policies. The data resides in Microsoft's cloud infrastructure, but who can access it, and how, remains something you configure and enforce.
How does device management fit into this?
Intune, part of this solution, lets you enforce security policy on any device accessing company email or files — company-owned or personal — without needing physical control of every device.
