How we work

Every service on this site — network installation, cybersecurity, ERP implementation, custom software — follows the same five-stage sequence. The specifics differ by engagement; the sequence doesn’t.

The five stages

  1. 01

    Assess

We start with what's actually there — a site visit, a review of existing systems, and a conversation about what isn't working. This produces a documented baseline, often the first one an organisation has had, rather than a sales pitch dressed up as a needs analysis.

  2. 02

    Design

A plan sized to that baseline: network diagrams, equipment lists, security controls, or a technical specification, depending on the engagement. We show you the plan and the reasoning behind it before anything is bought or built.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Installation, configuration or development happens on a schedule agreed with you — evenings, weekends, or phased rollouts where a live environment can't tolerate a full stop. We treat your operating hours as a constraint on the plan, not an inconvenience to the plan.

  4. 04

    Secure

Security isn't a separate line item added at the end. Access control, firewall rules, and hardened configuration are built into deployment itself, whether the engagement is a network installation, a cloud migration, or a custom software build.

  5. 05

    Support

Documentation is handed over at completion — as-built diagrams, configuration records, or source code, depending on what was delivered. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance or support is available where you want it, and optional where you don't.

How a software or ERP build runs

Custom software and ERP projects run the same five stages, broken into six development steps.

  1. 01

    Requirements

What the system must do, for whom, and what it replaces, agreed in writing before design starts.

  2. 02

    UX/UI design

Screens and flows tested with the people who will use them, before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Development

Built in short increments you can see and try, not delivered in one drop at the end.

  4. 04

    Testing

Functional, data and load testing against the agreed requirements, including on slow connections.

  5. 05

    Deployment

Data migrated, users trained, and the system switched over with a rollback plan.

  6. 06

    Maintenance

Fixes, updates and documented source code you own, so support never depends on one person.
